About the role

As General Manager, you will lead our Cornwall café and help define what Origin retail looks and feels like in Cornwall. You will lead a high‑performing team, deliver a consistently excellent customer experience, and run a commercially successful café that reflects our brand and values. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real on‑the‑floor presence and clear ownership of performance, people, and standards.
