The Role

As we extend our operations into an evening cocktail and music lounge, we are looking for a General Manager who understands each daypart and can lead confidently across them both.

This is a senior leadership role that works closely with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, develop the team, and hold the standard of the experience from open to close. You are a natural leader, proactive in your communication, and serious about what great hospitality actually looks like in practice.
