A new cocktail bar from the Scofflaw Group is hiring a General Manager. 

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the business, including but not limited to; customer service, team management, booking and scheduling entertainment, creating and executing special events, marketing through social media accounts, and delivering outstanding hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high volume cocktail bars and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

General Manager Responsibilities:
Lead & manage staff, including hiring, terminations, onboarding, training and scheduling.
Lead with a commitment to hospitality and customer service.
Oversee beverage and labor costs.
Uphold group policies and procedures.
Inventory and ordering of dry goods, liquor and misc bar needs.
