The General Manager serves as the visionary and operational leader responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and cultivating a high-performing team culture.

This role blends entrepreneurial leadership with disciplined execution and reports to the Director of Restaurant, Bars, and Events.

**Operational Leadership**

· Oversee all day-to-day operations with a hands-on leadership presence.

· Ensure seamless execution of service standards and brand expectations.

· Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, beverages, and compliance standards.
