Responsibilities

• As a Patrao (our General Managers) we like you to treat the restaurant as if it's your own business.
• Key to making the decisions and creating a great culture within the restaurant.
• Proven leader with the ability to work towards targets and KPI’s.
• Responsible for the development and growth of your team to create Managers of the future.
• Drive sales in a multi-channel environment.
• Ensure delivery of perfect PERi-PERi to customers.
