Position Overview
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
- Proven experience managing hotels with 60+ rooms essential
- Strong operational experience across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments
- Proven track record of successful hotel management and operational leadership
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, stock control, and financial controls
- Experience driving occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
- Professional, hands-on, and guest-focused approach
