About the role

As a General Manager, you’ll lead the store with ownership, pace and calm, balancing strong commercial performance with excellent customer experience and a positive, inclusive team culture.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where priorities can change daily. You’ll be highly visible on the shop floor, leading through peak trading, high delivery volume and the day-to-day challenges of a busy retail environment.
