They are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and elevate the resort's positioning as a premier luxury destination.

The ideal candidate will bring solid international hospitality experience, strong financial and operational expertise, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while inspiring a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Resort Manager in luxury 5-star hotels or resorts for a minimum of two years, with a minimum of three years of consistent tenure per property.
• Solid work experience in other luxury brands in Indonesia and other major international destinations in Southeast Asia is desired.
