We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our national aged residential care medical services business through its next phase of growth, integration, and performance excellence.

This is a General Manager role with full accountability for P&L, clinical service delivery, workforce supply, commercial performance, portfolio development, and the successful integration of any aged care provider partners we acquire into our national operating model.

Reporting to the Executive Chairman, you will lead a nationwide team of clinicians, operational leaders, and support staff while ensuring the business delivers high-quality care, sustainable workforce capacity, and strong financial performance.
