**Description**

**Job Summary**

The General Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a wide range of facility maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks across assigned sites This requires practical skills and knowledge in such trades as: plumbing, electrical, painting, light maintenance and construction activities. May also perform routine custodial work.

**Shift**
Wed - Fri 4:00 pm - 9:30pm
and
Sat - Sun 7:00 am - 7:00pm

**Primary Job Functions**

+ Perform general building repairs that do not require a specialized trade license, including painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing/bathroom repairs, door and hardware repair.
+ Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as needed
+ Inspect facilities, equipment, and surfaces to identify maintenance, repair, or replacement needs.
