**Job Summary**

The General Maintenance Worker performs multi-trade maintenance and repair activities in support of facility operations. This role provides general building support across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, life safety, and other installed building systems. The position supports preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment identification, and documentation functions as required.

**Primary Job Functions**

+ Inspects facilities, equipment, and building systems to identify maintenance and repair needs.
+ Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, including drywall repair, painting, door hardware repair, and fixture adjustments.
+ Assists with maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.
