**Pending contract award**The General Maintenance Work performs a variety of tasks involving the general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair of government buildings, premises, and varied equipment, and performs other duties consistent. Duties and Responsibilities * Remove, Install, and/or Repair Drywall. Replacement of insulation.* Remove, Install, and/or Repair Doors, Locks, and Windows and associated components.* Remove, Install, and/or Repair Floors (Carpet, tile, laminate, vinyl plank, hardwood, etc.).* Remove, Install, and/or Repair of faucets, P-Traps, and toilets.
