PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced General Maintenance Workers to support PacArctic and our government customer. This position could be at Minot, ND, OR Grand Forks, ND OR Fargo, ND. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA.

**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:**

+ Assist in general building maintenance, supporting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
+ Conduct building tours/inspections; manage work orders in NCMMS (MAXIMO).
+ Perform general repairs, respond to work orders, and miscellaneous tasks.
+ Assist with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance.
+ Maintain emergency power and fire protection systems.
+ Perform architectural/structural maintenance and preventive maintenance.
+ Maintain doors, windows, floors, roofs; clean mechanical rooms.
+ Clean drains and gutters; perform minor painting and repairs.
