Position Overview
Integral are looking for a general maintenance engineer to join our engineering term at Liverpool University. We are looking for an individual, with a broad understanding of building services and experience, with a calm manner that engenders a sense of trust with the clients and the rest of the site team. Specific experience at a day-to-day operational level to suit the environment.
Responsibilities
Ability to fault find and rectify. To support the contract management & admin team through the operations office, dealing with day to day engineering & other contract issues Deal with and resolve problematic persistent recalls. Undertake quality control checks on both reactive & PPM tasks An ability to communicate with others effectively; this will include clients and end users.
