As a General Ledger Specialist II, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliation and verify accuracy of cash transactions.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, vouching for source details and resolving discrepancies.
• Generate reports and perform account analysis to resolve mis‑recordings before finalization of financial statements.
• Collaborate with partners for critical financial deliverables and maintain an audit trail.
• Handle fixed asset accounting: recognition, depreciation, transfer, retirement, write‑off.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and Corporate Policies & Procedures.
