Job description
We count on you to lead, coach and further develop the General Ledger team of 9 people within the Global Accounting Center.As a hands-on manager, you support your team in complex accounting topics and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.You take ownership of the Record-to-Report process and safeguard compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements as defined by Group Finance.Together with Group Finance and local finance teams, you ensure clear and consistent reporting and strong collaboration across the different entities.You continuously look for opportunities to improve and standardize accounting processes and drive automation initiatives within the accounting environment.You report to the Group Director Shared Services.
