Position Overview
In this role you lead and coach the General Ledger Accounting Team within the Group Accounting Center, ensuring a strong and collaborative accounting environment. As a hands-on accounting manager, you support your team with technical expertise while safeguarding accurate financial reporting and continuously improving accounting processes across multiple international entities.
We count on you to lead, coach and further develop the General Ledger team of 9 people within the Global Accounting Center.As a hands-on manager, you support your team in complex accounting topics and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.You take ownership of the Record-to-Report process and safeguard compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements as defined by Group Finance.Together with Group Finance and local finance teams, you ensure clear and consistent reporting and strong collaboration across the different entities.<...
