About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join a busy construction project in Plymouth. You will be working as part of a team to support the smooth day-to‑day running of the site, helping to keep things safe, clean, and operational throughout the build programme.

Key Duties

• General labouring duties including site clearance, loading and unloading materials, and keeping work areas tidy.
• Assisting trades on site including bricklayers, groundworkers and joiners as directed.
• Moving and distributing materials, plant and equipment around the site safely.
• Carrying out basic preparation work such as mixing, digging and levelling as required.
• Following site safety procedures, attending inductions and maintaining a clean and compliant site environment.
