A family-owned construction company is hiring a reliable, hands-on technician for an active project in Shakopee (minimum 1-month assignment, with potential for more). You’ll support a small, safety-focused crew on commercial and industrial jobs, handling a variety of general labor and structural steel tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install shoring towers and support systems
+ Perform metal grinding and steel prep work
+ Assist with general labor (material handling, cleanup, trade support)
+ Safely use hand and power tools
+ Follow direction from supervisors and experienced crew members
+ Work at heights and in outdoor conditions
