**Job Description**

Join our dynamic team at a concrete manufacturing plant where we specialize in producing a variety of concrete products for utility companies and custom projects. We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as production laborers at our facilities in Pottstown and Spring City!

**Responsibilities**

+ Read blueprints and drawings to construct rebar forms for pre-cast walls.
+ Strip concrete castings from forms and clean damaged materials.
+ Assemble basic wood and Styrofoam forms and install rebar cages according to specifications.
+ Cast, vibrate, and finish fresh concrete.
+ Assist with forming and pouring concrete and manage heights comfortably.
