Position Overview
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support outbound shipping operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on work loading finished products onto rail cars, trucks, and other transport methods using both manual labor and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and secure materials onto rail cars, trucks, and flatbeds
- Process outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Perform general warehouse and labor duties in a gypsum production environment
- Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights
- Assist with staging, organizing, and preparing shipments
