**Job Title: General Laborer – Concrete Production**

**Job Description**

This role supports large-scale concrete production by setting up forms and rebar, pouring and inspecting concrete, and moving finished and in-process products throughout the production yard. You will work with a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools, perform heavy lifting, and occasionally lead small work areas or crews to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs according to specifications and measurements.
+ Pour concrete into prepared forms, ensuring proper placement and distribution.
+ Perform visual inspections of concrete products before and after the curing process to identify defects or quality issues.
