Bring on Board (Pre Apprentice Program) 

We are seeking potential new comers who are interested in a career as a HD Crane Mechanic. The Bring on Board (BOB) candidate will be required to demonstrate performance excellence during a 180 day assessment period, during that period the candidate will be working in an entry level Laborer role. The program is intended to help the entrant get exposed to the industry and develop their job skills and trade readiness. NCSG has established performance standards that identify characteristics of candidates who will excel in our industry.
