**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team at a company specializing in construction materials. This position involves handling various physical tasks to support our operations, such as loading and moving materials, cleaning work areas, and operating machinery.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load bags of sand, slag, and other base concrete mix materials into loaders to feed into tanker trucks.
+ Move pallets on and off trucks, and stack pallets of finished products.
+ Shovel sand, slag, and other concrete mix materials.
+ Clean the work area efficiently and safely.
+ Break up rocks using appropriate tools.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout an 8-hour shift.
+ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for the entire shift.
+ Ability to bend, twist, and squat for the duration of the shift.
