**Job Title: General Laborer**
**Job Description**
The General Laborer performs a variety of physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing plant, including operating hand and power tools and working with automated assembly equipment and robotic weld cells. This role focuses on assembling products efficiently and accurately, while consistently following established procedures, safety protocols, and workplace policies to support high-quality production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect and check parts for defects to ensure products meet quality standards.
+ Operate and tend automated assembly equipment, including robotic and fixed automation systems.
+ Use small hand tools such as grinders and buffing wheels to complete assembly and finishing tasks.
+ Identify, record, and report defects or non-conforming parts in a timely and accurate manner.
