**Job Title: General Laborer**
**Job Description**
The General Laborer supports daily production by helping create custom concrete structures such as panels, flared ends, side walls, and custom forms in a fast-paced precast environment. You will work both indoors and outdoors, assist with yard and material handling tasks, and operate equipment such as forklifts as needed. This is a contract-to-hire role that offers cross-training in multiple areas and the opportunity to grow with a stable, team-oriented operation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with general production duties to manufacture custom concrete structures, including concrete panels, flared ends, side walls, and custom forms.
+ Handle concrete materials and components safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
+ Use tape measures and other measuring tools to perform precise measurements down to 1/8 of an inch.
