This role required to work closely with the Relationship Manager/ Team Head/ Regional Head as well as insurance provider to generate Bancassurance fee-based income to the division
Responsible for achieving assigned bancassurance target and maximize cross selling and upselling opportunity for assigned SME & Business Banking portfolio
Jointly develop with the Relationship Manager/ Team Head/ Regional Head to implement effective sales strategies and action plan to promote insurance solutions and achieved the targeted fee-based income set
Onboard new General Insurance business in collaboration with relevant internal sales team and life insurance providers. Monitor the business performance and take proactive corrective action where necessary to promote growth while maintaining profitability
