SUMMARY

This occupation requires performing manual tasks requiring moderate physical exertion and assisting other workers in the performance of their duties, removing burrs, sharp edges, and cracks by use of various hand tools, and power burring equipment, along with using power saws on occasion, degreasing, sandblasting, and performing janitorial duties. On-the-job training is provided. This occupation requires moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending and considerable time standing.



RESP ONSIBILITIES



+ Able to follow written and verbal instructions.


+ Remove burrs and sharp edges with the use of abrasive materials and various hand tools, such as oversize drills, countersinks, files, scrapers, and wire brushes.
