Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all facilities
- Troubleshoot and repairs electrical circuits and fixtures
- Troubleshoot and repairs HVAC systems
- Repair roofing systems by replacing shingles, chalking and flashing
- Repair drywall by mudding and spacklingReplace trim, molding and casings
- Repair doors, locks and jams
- Troubleshoot and make plumbing repairs
- Complete minor projects
- Use manual and power tools to accomplish tasks
- Assist with general clean up, including bush and tree trimming or removal, edging, painting (curbs, parking spaces), and sign and fence maintenance
- Assist in the safe and secure movement and storage of property
- Assist in the repair roadways including smoothing non-paved surfaces and filling potholes
- Replace air filters regularly
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
