The General Foreman is responsible to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Maintain acceptable quality of works and to minimize reworks and effectively utilize available resources.

Monitor and control the latest valid drawings issued for use.

Coordinate at various levels to carry out activities as built for major elements of work.

Perform necessary corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed and directed by the site engineer.
