  • 5+ years experience as a GES (2.9.2 or similar appointment)
  • Experience with crushers and conveyors
  • Good communication skill
  • Sub-contractor management
  • Shut down and long-term planning experience
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • People management skills
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • Planning and scheduling experience
  • Code B license
