Summary You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the Fleet Support Team (FST) of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will serve as F/A-18A-F and EA-18G Fleet Support Team (FST) Leader at the FRCSW, heading a large and diverse team of engineers, scientists, technicians, logisticians, and Business Financial Managers. You will serve as final authority on planning, review, and evaluation of work and be fully responsible and accountable for the execution, and effectiveness, of the in-service support program. You will direct trade studies and continuous process improvement initiatives to identify and evaluate alternative technical approaches and assess process efficiencies to resolve issues.
