Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: W-2 Employment 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period between $800-$1000
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS
