He/ She will directly manage cross-border litigation, drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform legal workflows, and lead the harmonization of legal templates, standards, and practices across all jurisdictions in which we operate.

Key responsibilities

1. Global Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management

• Formulate and execute the global strategy for all litigation, arbitration, and disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage external counsel globally, ensuring strict cost-control, budgeting and alignment with corporate commercial objectives.
• Conduct early case assessments to provide pragmatic, business-minded recommendations to executive leadership.
