What you will do

Be a true business partner to the Executive Team. You will be the primary legal voice at leadership level, advising the Co-CEOs, the Executive Team, and senior stakeholders on the legal and risk dimensions of the decisions that shape AMBOSS's future. That means M&A, financing, new product launches, market expansions, and the day-to-day commercial questions in between. You will be a proactive advisor who recommends specific paths forward and navigates risk trade-offs, instead of just laying out the legal landscape and leaving the decision to others.Lead risk management across the business. You will own how AMBOSS identifies, prioritises, and manages legal and regulatory risk across all markets.
