General Counsel, 10-15 Years

In an exclusive partnership with a growing, Canadian‑headquartered private company, ALT is recruiting for a General Counsel. Reporting directly to the management team, this executive role sits on the leadership team and offers significant autonomy, including regular interaction with the executive team and the Board.

The ideal candidate brings 10 to 15 years of commercial experience from an in‑house legal department. The mandate spans commercial contract management (including highly sophisticated agreements), compliance and regulatory oversight, corporate governance, cross‑border collaboration, and financing. People management experience is required.
