To cary out clerical duties such as managing files, locationg files, labeling and replacing file coversTop operate computer including the provision of computer data input serviceTo handle enquiries and complaints directly lodged To provide general clerical support in administrationTo assist in checking and verifying returns for districtTo perfomr any other duties as assigned Requirement:
Level 2 on 5 subjects in HKDSE/HKCEELevel 2 in English Language, Chinese Language & Mathsmatics in HKCEE/HKDSEFamiliar with common business software and good Chinese and English processing skills Work processsing English 30 wpm and Chinese 20 wpm
