A General Banking Officer is responsible for providing efficient customer service and handling various banking operations at the branch level: account opening, managing customer queries, processing non‑financial transactions accurately, maintaining fixed‑assets inventory, security stationery and administrative support.
Ensure effective handling of customers and provide services according to service and quality indicators.
Work in all operations segments of the branches as an inputter/maker level: account opening and its related processes & operations (including dormancy marking/removal, stop payments marking/revoking, account closures, SOA issuance, loan account opening/closing, deceased marking/removal, Level Migration of Core and Jazz Cash customers, and participation in Gold Loan assessments).
