To ensure all bills – i.e. Rent, Maintenance, Electricity, Water, WICEL etc. are maintained and paid on time- can be moved to Finance & Accounts.
To be responsible for the online payment of SEEPZ Rent – on time – can be moved to Finance & Account.

Payment of telephone / mobile bills which are on Company name.

To check on the loss and found statement on the basis of Loss Reports on a monthly basis.

To be responsible for the installation and maintenance of EPABX machine and CCTV systems.

To ensure timely submission of all statutory returns, Annual returns to MPCB.

To be responsible for all correspondences related to SEEPZ and BMC.

Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Administration building.
