Title: General Accountant

Summary

Pro-Vigil is looking for a general accountant to perform a variety of accounting functions.

Areas of Responsibility

• Month end close management globally
• Accounts Payable automation, validation, processing, and work flow management
• Fixed asset management
• Concur Expense
• Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation
• Inventory management

Essential Functions

• Experience with month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with income statement analysis
• Experience with process documentation and automation.
• Audit and validate vendor invoices.
• Ensure that all invoices entered in NetSuite are properly approved by the appropriate Company manager as outlined in the expense authorization matrix.
