At least 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role in a digital environment
Strong track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced and complex projects independently or with minimal guidance from senior managers.
Critical and strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems, able to justify your own point of view, but also flexibility to change own mind if compelling counterarguments arise.
Functional knowledge or passion in new digital technologies, especially in the field of GenAI
Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication)
Ability to work effectively with people at all functional areas in the organization (strategy, technology, design)
