Job Description

A client of mine is looking for GCC Engineer: Mechanical who has exposure in both electrical & mechanical disciplines in mining. Role will require the candidate to facilitate Stage 1 and 2 Commissioning Activities, which includes but not limited to signing off on punch lists, compiling close-out quality files and handover to Client. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Mechanical Engineering tertiary qualification

•Registered with ECSA

•5 - 10 years’ experience in the Mining Environment who have exposure in both electrical & mechanical disciplines will take preference

•Familiar with MHSA legal requirements and checking the work complies with them;

•Must have a wide understanding of building industry, including knowledge of materials, trades, methods and legal requirements;
