Job Description
As a member of the team in our Global Business Solutions (GBS) center, conducts second level data review in the analysis of EHS matrix samples in chemical lab. In particular, reviews and validates data calculations and assessments for reporting of lab results according to strict quality and ethical standards. Final review and approval of lab results prior to reporting.
At all times, complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.Performs secondary or upper level review of laboratory data calculations, integrations and interpretations, quality control checks, laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) entries, and other data management functions as required.Performs secondary or upper level review, as needed, surrounding third party subcontract laboratory data entered into the LIMS for reporting.Responsible for recognizing and correcting errors in lab results committed throughout the analysis pr...
