Schedule: Full-time block schedule of 14 days per month (7 on/7 off), providing 24-hour call coverage (7a 7a).
High-Acuity Role: 24-hour call includes inpatient coverage, rounding, inpatient procedures, ED call, and consultations.
Workload: Manage patients per day, with an average of 10 admissions per night.
Procedure Focus: Must be proficient in bread and butter endo (EGD/Colonoscopy). ERCP is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Support Staff: Excellent support with 3 dedicated inpatient APPs assisting on the floors, in the ED, and in endoscopy.
EMR: The facility uses Epic.
