We are looking for a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to cover the DA & ME postcode area in the Social Housing sector on a Housing Association contract. The successful candidate will manage servicing, repairs and maintenance of domestic social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR)
• Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems
• Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring tenants receive excellent care
• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with gas qualifications
• Extensive experience in servicing boilers and gas appliances, along with strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair skills
• In-date ACS qualifications, including CKR1 & HTR1
• Full UK driving licence
