Auditing & Compliance

Conduct audits on the installation, maintenance, and servicing of:
Domestic and communal heating systems
Gas appliances and heating infrastructure
Hot water systems and boilers
Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Heat Stores
Water pumps and associated plumbing works
Verify compliance with:
Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998
Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations where applicable
Gas Safe Register requirements
British Standards (e.g., BS 6891, BS 5440, BS 9251 - sprinkler systems where relevant)
Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) guidelines for water systems
