About the Role

The Strategy & Operations (SO) role is designed for high-potential individuals who want to push their growth through real, hands-on experience in the gaming industry.

You will take on a series of challenging, high-impact projects across game-related functions. Each assignment is designed and guided by our senior leadership team - including Country Head and Game Leaders.

You’ll get your hands dirty from day one - working on projects that matter, learning by doing, and being held accountable for real outcomes that impact our millions of players. Over time, you’ll develop a holistic view of how our games are operated, and grown at scale in a leading digital entertainment company.
