What This Role Looks Like
In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day horticultural operations while leading a small crew and ensuring high-quality maintenance across residential and commercial properties.

You’ll be responsible for:

+ Planning and scheduling daily operations for the horticultural department

+ Applying best practices in pruning, fertilization, and disease/pest management

+ Maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscape beds

+ Leading and supervising a crew of up to 2 team members
