Position Overview

1. 制定并执行所负责区域或行业的销售计划,达成公司下达的业绩目标;
2. 开拓新客户资源,维护现有客户关系,提升客户满意度与复购率;
3. 协同市场、产品及交付团队,推动项目落地与合同履约;
4. 收集市场与竞品信息,定期提交销售分析报告,为业务决策提供支持;
5. 指导并协助团队成员完成销售任务,参与销售过程管理与阶段性复盘。

1. 大专及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、经济学等相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年及以上B2B或行业销售工作经验,有成功独立运作项目案例者优先;
3. 熟悉销售全流程,具备较强的客户沟通、商务谈判及方案呈现能力;
4. 具备良好的目标导向意识、抗压能力及团队协作精神;
5. 遵守国家法律法规,无就业歧视性限制,符合《劳动法》《就业促进法》等关于平等就业的相关规定。
