Gaming Country Manager, UK and Europe.

This is a senior, Malta-based, on-site role and will play a pivotal part in driving the strategic growth and commercial performance of our gaming offering across the UK and European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating regional strategy into actionable country-level plans, overseeing market performance, managing P&L, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key experience and skills we are looking for include:

Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, with a proven track record in market growth and business development

Experience in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting and KPI setting

Leadership experience, with the ability to develop teams and foster a high-performance culture
